We transitioned from a coffee shop meeting back in the Pre-COVID era to this zoom format.  And we like it just fine.  You don't have to get too dressed up.  Bring you own food and drink.  We Normally draw 10 to 20 people. We use an informal conversation style and Zoom's "raised hand" image to avoid collisions.  Every one is welcome, but if someone has trouble yielding the floor, I sometimes silence their microphone and could drop them from the session if necessary.  The conversation often goes on long after 11am.    1 pm, 2 or ever 3pm still finds some folks chatting on. Feel free to drop in late if you wish.
