Summary: Join us for an insightful session on one of the most erratic waterways in the country - the Fountain Creek Watershed. We'll dive into its history, current initiatives, and future challenges. We'll explore the District's efforts since 2009, including restoration projects and collaboration with local partners. Hear about the watershed's unique risks, and get inspired to get involved.

Alli is from Rochester, MN and obtained a degree in Natural Resource Management from Stevens Point, WI. She came to Colorado Springs in 1999 for a job as an educator at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Her experience ranges from wildlife guide in Alaska to stormwater educator in MN. She has served the region in various roles with the El Paso County nature centers, the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs Utilities, and her own consulting business before becoming the Executive Director for the District in December 2022.
