Et tu, Brute? Likely GOP candidate Santorum "appalled" by JFK's "radical" support of church/state separation

What kind of toxicants are Santorum and his fellow (self-described) "patriots" in the GOP shooting up?

Santorum "appalled" at JFK church/state comments

How can "conservatives," the Republican Party, and its potential 2012 presidential candidates benefit by attacking America's assassinated presidents, incoming revenue stream, and founding Constitutional principles?  Why defy court orders to criminalize the People's simultaneous use of freedom of speech and freedom of association in collective bargaining?  Why abet a rampaging totalitarian dictator, picking apart the President of the United States for defending human rights and saving lives in Libya - and why deny America's founding principles of religious freedom?

Perhaps the Supreme Court's "Citizen's United" decision has granted so much financial, political, and propaganda power to well-funded special interest groups such as the uber-wealthy, multi-national mega-corporations, finiscient (financially all powerful) religious groups, and totalitarian "diplomatic" partners, etc. that it is now more useful to use politicians to prepare the masses for impending societal mandates than it is to hide their minders' opposition to democratic principles, civil rights, human rights, and political and religious freedom.
