Hi Freethinkers,
If you have already reserved a site at the Collegiate Peaks campground for the weekend of August 19 through 21 and have not let me know which site you are going to be staying at, please let me know so I can keep track of where everyone is staying. So far I know that sites D, F, I, 37, and M have been reserved by people who are going camping as part of this group.

Calling all Freethinkers, atheists, humanists, skeptics and other
good humored folks! Colorado just got very lucky. Roy Zimmerman
is coming to Colorado, (Boulder and Colorado Springs). Roy is an
incredible talent, along the lines of Tom Leher (if you are old
enough to remember who he is).
Several years ago the American Humanist Association invited him to
perform at their annual conference. He was an incredible hit! He
is clever, talented, funny and one of us!
Please spread the word to your local groups and members. Anyone
who misses Roy will regret it.
Come and enjoy good food and great conversation with other Freethinkers! Bring a dish to share, bring your spouse and/or friend, and bring water, soft drinks, a bottle of beer or wine, or whatever you’d like to drink. Coffee and tea will be provided by the host(s). The socials begin at 6:00 PM and usually break up around 9:00 PM. Remember to mark your calendar; socials are on the second Saturday of the month.
September’s social will be held on Saturday the 10th at 6:00 PM. Don’t forget to bring a dish to share and something you’d like to drink!
Atheist & Scientist Dr Vic Stenger will present "God & Science" (in which he will attempt to debunk the notion that God exists) at 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Pueblo, 110 S. La Crosse Avenue. It is Free and open to adults. Reservations are suggested by calling 719-561-0880.
