The February 2010 Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors Meeting occured on February 19, 2010. 

Freethinkers of Colorado Springs (FTCS) Board of Directors Members Deborah Daly, Ken Fulton, Fred Kormos, Harvey LeCato, Douglas Schrepel and Groff Schroeder attended the meeting and constituted a quorum.  Member Bret Stageberg resigned prior to the meeting and the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors extends its thanks to Bret for his participation in the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors. 

In addition to other issues, the board consolidated the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors Secretary and Treasurer positions into a single Secretary/Treasurer Officer position. 

The Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors elected the following individuals as Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors Officers. 

President: Douglas Schrepel

Vice President: Groff Schroeder

Secretary/Treasurer: Harvey LeCato

The Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors extends its thanks to outgoing Treasurer Ken Fulton and outgoing Secretary Fred Kormos - who will continue to edit the Freethought Springs FTCS Newsletter. 

Although Groff Schroeder is no longer president of the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors, he will continue to contribute to this blog until new Freethinkers of Colorado Springs Board of Directors President Douglas Schrepel is ready to take over.  Groff Schroeder will also continue to edit the "Freethought Views" column in the Colorado Springs Independent and the FTCS website.
