Rev. Dr. Michael Newdow argues for religious freedom as it was originally guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution. He is working to remove the words "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance and "In God We Trust" from our currency. Newdow is an emergency room physician and attorney who graduated from Brown University, UCLA School of Medicine, and the University of Michigan Law School.
