We have been holding these events as a free form discussion without a program or focus. If you don't like where the conversation is going you are free to change the direction. Politely and tactfully, of course. But expect a good dose of religion bashing, skeptical observations and conservatively unpopular social discussions. We tend to draw lots of women's rights supporters, frustrated economists, and civil rights enthusiasts, ex-military staffers, and nose-to-the-grindstone workers of all kinds.

We usually grab the private room in the back of the restaurant. It gives us lots of freedom to get loud and move around to talk with other Freethinkers. We usually display a small red sign claiming a table for " Freethinkers". We've been drawing 10 to 20 people, with a good mix of genders and ages. Many are first time visitors at a Freethinkers event; others are long time members.
