We are celebrating Charles Darwin, whose birthday is February 12th, and it will be a bit different than the usual social: it will be held at a restaurant, so it is not a potluck. The social will take place at Savelli’s Pizza, 301 Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs. It’s very easy to find: on US Route 24 in Manitou Springs (Manitou Avenue), Savelli’s is on the south side of the street at the intersection of Manitou Avenue and Crystal Park Road. There’s a traffic light at that intersection.

Savelli’s offer a huge variety of pizza, as well as appetizers, salads, soups, pasta, subs, and desserts. There is also a large selection of wines and beers, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
