KRCC — Radio Colorado College — are beginning a Fund Drive, and Sunday, April 28th (and possibly Sunday, May 5th) has been designated “Freethinkers’ Day.” The Freethinkers of Colorado Springs will be manning the phones at KRCC, taking pledges for the Fund Drive (not talking on the air) and we’re asking for your help to fill as many shifts on those days as we can. This will be great publicity for the Freethinkers — our group will get lots of mentions on the air — so we want to fill as many shifts as we can with Freethinkers. We helped out with KRCC's March Fund Drive; it was great fun and the KRCC staff were very grateful. Shifts (of two or three hours each) are available throughout the day, from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm.
