The Pikes Peak Skeptics Society and Recovering From Religion groups are having the first of their monthly movie nights at the Gay and Lesbian Foundation.

This will be the first of an on going event that John and I have been working on for a while. Our first movie will be June 11th which is a Fri evening. All other dates starting in July will be the second Thursday of every month at the Gill Foundation (Gay and Lesbian Fund) building. This is an excellent venue for this event. This controversial movie is a critical look at religion and some of the problems it creates for individuals and society. After the movie we will have a brief interactive discussion on some of the topics of the movie. This is a great event to invite friends or other people that other wise may not feel comfortable at a formal meeting. Whatever any of you can do to help promote this event will be greatly appreciated. There will also be some of us that will be getting together at Oscar's down the street afterwords.
