We apologize, but due to Colorado's statewide "stay at home" executive order, this Freethinkers of Colorado Springs event is postponed until further notice.

You are cordially invited to join the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs for Movie Night at Penrose Public Library, 20 North Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs.

The upcoming event Tuesday, February 18th, at 6:30 pm. We will enjoy a 2009 comedy, The Invention of Lying, starring British comedian Ricky Gervais, who also co-wrote and co-directed the film. In a world where the human race has never evolved the ability to lie, a man who suddenly discovers how to will change the world. With this superpower, he can get everything he wants — well, almost everything. The cast of The Invention of Lying also includes Jonah Hill, Jennifer Garner, Louis C.K., Tina Fey, and Rob Lowe.

We have reserved the combined Aspen and Pine Rooms in Penrose Library for these events. As you enter the building from Cascade Avenue, go straight ahead to the  information desk, turn right, and follow the wall to your right, past the elevator, and look for the big blue Freethinkers sign. Once again, that’s The Invention of Lying, Tuesday, February 18th, 6:30 pm at Penrose Public Library, 20 North Cascade Avenue.
