Long time local Freethinker Jim Colson from Pueblo has transitioned to the
Memory Phase of our collective lives. He died last week.
Most of us remember Jim as the slender man who drove to our Springs events to
learn and share his smiles and laughs with us.
We will be holding a party to celebrate his life on Saturday at 2 pm.
Pueblo FT activist and friend of Jim, Louis Burg is managing the event which
will be in Pueblo. Here is her discussion of the event.

"Our secular Celebration of Life for Jim is at 2:00 p.m. this Saturday, October
27 at First Unitarian Society, 110 Calla Avenue, across from City Park. The Park
East Restaurant is on the corner of Goodnight and Calla. F.U.S. is next door to
it on the Calla side, which is a short street, about 3 blocks, that dead ends at
the park's tennis courts. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, kind of a
circuitous route from I 25, but if you have the Waze app or Google Maps app or
any GPS system, you should be able to find it. If you have trouble, please call
